Pottery Barn
As a Senior Designer on the web team, I helped transition the digital team from Sketch to Figma. I created and maintained a robust design system and a library of components that were then used to make templates for landing pages, social, and email. I helped to consolidate type styles, colors, and icon usage across teams, creating a more cohesive and accessible brand identity.
I worked closely with the UX team to make continuous improvements to the user interface, including navigation, chat, and shopping cart, PLP and PDP.
I redesigned several major evergreen pages, from concept to completion by gathering and evaluating user requirements, creating wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes.
How-To Guides
These modules live below the product information, with handy information the customer might need while making their purchase. I worked with the merchandizing team, interior designers, the UX team, and copywriters to make sure that these modules provide the most value to Pottery Barn’s users.
I created a ‘How-To’ Module Component within our design system and style guide with annotations, so that in the future other designers can continue designing the ‘how-to’ modules for all products across the site. I designed a custom set of icons and applied my template across 6 product categories.
B2B Experience
I designed a new B2B experience
to educate and incentivize business partners to sign up for a trade account.
Small Space Rebrand
Homepage Design
I was lead designer for the Fall 2022, Spring 2023, Summer 2023 homepages, Summer 2023 Lookbook
I created a sub-brand to showcase pieces that were apartment friendly or good for multi-use spaces.
Unlike other categories, we wanted to highlight the value (comparatively low pricing) of these pieces. I designed several different treatment options to highlight pricing on image.
I designed content blocks nested within the PDP Shop Path to add a story telling and an educational element.
